ZAA Foundation
Our firm has been established since 1973 and is in good standing within our community because of the enormous trust and confidence we have in each other along with our high business morals and ethics. It is our goal to design projects that are functional, durable, secure, efficient, and economical to build, as well as to maintain. We believe that we have the ability to successfully transform your architectural and engineering design needs into reality.
OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR COMMUNITY
The majority of our employees reside within Manatee County, and many are active citizens in our community volunteering in nonprofit organizations, local schools, and churches. In addition, almost all of the consultants that we currently use on our projects reside, work, or live in Manatee County. We will utilize Manatee County based consultants unless the project demands the expertise which does not reside within Manatee County. We give secondary preference to Sarasota County based Consultants and Vendors that possess the right skills for the job.
OUR HISTORY
Zoller Autrey Architects P.A. was founded in 1973 by Bradenton native Jerry Zoller, a graduate of the University of Florida and licensed Architect in the State of Florida. In 2014, Darin Autrey became a partner in the firm after several years as Senior Architect with Jerry N Zoller Architect/Planner P.A. With their combined expertise and 49 years working in Bradenton and the surrounding areas, the firm has grown to become one of the most reputable architectural and site planning firms in the City of Bradenton, City of Palmetto, and surrounding Manatee County. The firm employs four registered architects, Jerry N. Zoller – AIA, Darin Autrey – AIA, Sam Cassity – AIA, and Dan Johnson – AIA. The majority of our employees have worked with our firm from 10 years to 24 years. Our staff has a hands-on, efficient, sleeves rolled-up mentality to complete our project to the clients’ wishes and in a time efficient manner.
The reputation of our firm is the result of quality service rendered to our clients that include numerous repeat and ongoing clients. This high quality of service is due to the considerable amount of experience in a wide range of projects, an extensive knowledge of the local building and land development codes, and a good working relationship with all of the local engineering companies and government agencies. Our past experience, primarily in Manatee County, includes numerous private sector projects such as banks, shopping centers, restaurants, offices, industrial parks, assisted living facilities, churches, manufacturing facilities, and country clubs, as well as numerous public sector projects such as non-for-profit organizations, parks, recreational complexes, schools, libraries, correctional facilities, public golf courses, health departments, and county administration complexes.
